One continuous process

From the moment of the donation to the financial report, everything runs inside the same ecosystem.

Gives in seconds, in person or online

    The organisation's own donation channels

  3. Payment

Processed by a licensed payment provider

  4. Receipt

    Confirmation and donation documentation

  5. Supporter record

The gift is attached to a donor profile

  6. Reporting

    Channel, campaign and period reporting

  7. Settlement

Funds reach the organisation's own account

The Donation POS ecosystem

Ways to give

Every way an organisation accepts a donation

Physical and digital channels are not separate products. They are entry points into the same verified organisation and the same set of records.

A printed code that opens your own donation page

A static QR placed anywhere the organisation meets its supporters — an entrance, a stand, a leaflet, a screen. It opens a donation page carrying the organisation's own name, logo and purpose.

  • No app required — the phone camera is enough
  • Separate codes per location, chapel, branch or purpose
  • Each code reports separately
  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay

After the payment

The work that starts when the donation ends

Accepting the money is the easy part. What determines whether an organisation can operate is everything that happens in the six steps after it.

01

The donation is recorded

Amount, channel, donation point and time are written against the organisation, not merged into a shared pool.

02

A supporter record is built

Repeat gifts attach to the same profile, so the organisation sees a relationship rather than a list of transactions.

03

Documentation is issued

Confirmations and donation documentation follow the organisation's configured policy.

04

The campaign is credited

Gifts are attributed to the purpose, appeal or point that produced them.

05

Finance sees the position

Income, fees and settlements are reported together instead of being reconciled by hand.

06

Funds are settled

Payouts reach the organisation's own bank account through its own payment account.

Operations

An operating system for the organisation, not an add-on

Two systems sit behind the donation channels: the relationship with supporters, and the financial reality of the organisation.

Supporter CRM

The relationship, not just the transaction

Every gift, from every channel, attaches to one supporter record — so an organisation can see who supports it, how often, and for what.

  • Unified donor history across every channel
  • Segmentation by behaviour, campaign and channel
  • Campaign participation and attribution
  • Recurring supporters and membership status
  • Communication tied to the organisation's own consent records

ERP & financial management

The financial position, continuously

Income, documents, settlements and reconciliation belong to the same system that recorded the donation — not to a spreadsheet kept alongside it.

  • Service revenue, subscriptions and contracts
  • Invoices and fiscal documents
  • Payments, settlements and reconciliation
  • Financial reporting per organisation and per donation point
  • Multiple organisations and multiple points under one operator

Who we serve

One platform, adapted to each mission

Every organisation on the platform is independently verified — with its own governance, payment account, team and supporters. Never shared, never mixed.

  • NGOs & charities

Connect fundraising, campaigns, memberships and reporting in one operating environment.

  • Churches & religious organisations

Accept giving in the building and online while each parish keeps its own identity, account and governance.

  • Foundations

Run programmes and grants with financial reporting that stands up to a board and an auditor.

  • Museums & cultural venues

Self-service donation points at the entrance and the exit, with reporting per installation.

  • Animal welfare organisations

Turn shelter visits, adoption events and appeals into recorded, repeatable support.

  • Municipalities & social services

Collect support for specific social structures with clear separation between them.

  • Universities & educational institutions

Coordinate alumni giving, funds and campaigns with per-fund reporting.

  • Corporate ESG programmes

Run company-led social campaigns and see consolidated results across them.

For companies

Corporate social programmes, run and reported like everything else

A company can run its own social campaign on the platform, choose which verified organisations receive support, and get results back as a report rather than as anecdotes.

ESG programmes
  1. 01Create a corporate social campaign
  2. 02Select the verified organisations it supports
  3. 03Involve employees or customers in giving
  4. 04Make corporate donations alongside them
  5. 05Follow results per organisation and per campaign
  6. 06Receive consolidated reporting across the programme

Donation POS provides the operating tools and the reporting. It does not issue ESG certification and is not an assurance provider.

Verified Organization

A donor can tell that the organisation completed the platform's verification process.

Verification is carried out by Donation POS before an organisation goes live. It is a platform programme — not a state licence, not an EU certification, and not an endorsement by any public authority.

Trust

Verification a donor can recognise

  • Checked before going live

An organisation is reviewed before it can accept a single donation on the platform.

  • Its own payment account

Funds settle to the organisation's own account. Donations are never pooled with another organisation's.

  • Visible to the donor

The donation page shows which organisation is receiving the gift.

About Verified Organization

Security & governance

Designed around organisational responsibility

An organisation is accountable for its donors' money and its donors' data. The platform is built so it can be.

  • Payments handled by licensed providers

Card processing runs through licensed payment providers. Donation POS is not a bank and not a payment institution — funds settle to each organisation's own payment account.

  • Role-based access

Each organisation controls who can see and do what, with roles separated between platform and organisation users.

  • Recorded actions

Administrative actions are recorded, and sessions can be revoked centrally.

  • Strict organisational boundaries

Supporter data belongs to the organisation that collected it and is never shared across organisations by default.

  • Data protection

Personal data is handled under the GDPR (EU 2016/679), on a purpose and minimum-access basis.

  • Financial information you can rely on

Donations, fees and settlements are reconciled against the payment provider rather than re-keyed.

European operation

Built for organisations across Europe

The platform is built and operated from Greece. Availability differs by service and by country, so it is stated here rather than implied by a map.

Service availability

  • GörögországOperating

QR, online, recurring giving and in-person donation terminals, with Greek fiscal and reporting workflows.

  • European UnionPer country

QR, online and recurring giving for organisations we have onboarded. In-person card acceptance depends on the payment provider supporting that country.

Availability outside Greece is assessed per organisation and per country. In-person card acceptance in particular depends on the payment provider supporting that country, and is confirmed during onboarding rather than promised in advance.

Interface languages

The donation journey and the public site are available in the following languages. A language being available does not by itself mean every service is live in that country.

  • Ελληνικά
  • English
  • Italiano
  • Български

Case studies

How organisations put the system to work

We publish a case study only once the organisation has approved what it says. The structure below is what each one will contain.

  1. 01

    The need

What the organisation had to solve

  2. 02

    The solution

    What was put in place

  3. 03

    Donation channels

    Which channels went live

  4. 04

    Modules used

Which parts of the platform are in daily use

  5. 05

    Outcome

What changed in the organisation's operation

Content confirmation required Published case studies are pending each organisation's written approval of the text and of any figures.
