ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

A church with two donation points

The organisation selects a physical terminal at the entrance and a QR code on an information leaflet. Each point is assigned to the organisation so the team can review its recorded activity separately.

The final workflow is configured around the organisation’s needs and enabled services.

Define the points in your space

  2. 02

    Check equipment and provider availability

  3. 03

Is a donation QR code the same as POS?

No. A QR code opens an online page on the donor’s phone. Physical POS accepts a card or supported digital wallet at the terminal. Choose the appropriate channel for each point and available service.

Can each church have a separate view?

Donation points have separate records within an organisation. If the churches are different legal entities, their structure, payment accounts and access are reviewed separately during onboarding.

Does a card payment automatically record the donor’s name?

A card payment alone does not create an identified donor profile. Linking a supporter depends on the information collected in that particular journey and its lawful use.

How do we choose the equipment?

We discuss the location, network access, intended use and the organisation’s country. Device availability and card acceptance are confirmed with the relevant provider before activation.
